The holidays are such a great time of year! You get time off, spend quality time with family and friends, eat the most delicious comma-inducing food, sleep in, go shopping and the list goes on.
As wonderful as the holidays are, even if you don’t celebrate Christmas, it is also extremely busy – hectic might be a better term for it. It is stressful as there is a lot of activity. The stores are nuts making any kind of shopping less than enjoyable haha. And hosting dinners is a lot of work and involves so much clean up. Don’t even get me started with the incredible balancing act of getting everything cooked and ready for the same time!
So how do we get back to actually enjoying the holidays? Natalie Langston is giving us her 5 tips on finding balance and avoiding stress and burnout and I cannot wait to apply them myself. Here are her 5 tips, but you’ll want to tune into to hear her dive in deeper with each one:
- Schedule everything

- Be intentional
