Finding your purpose in life is not always an easy task. And when you experience trauma throughout your life, it can be even more difficult to have clarity.
Today’s episode of the LOVE Unplugged Podcast took a turn to the unexpected – but it was exactly what I and the world needs to hear.
We all experience trauma, hard times, difficult moments. But what I truly believe is that what matters most is how you come out of it – what you make of it that is most important.
I am joined by Ashley Reale, Founder of Love Everywhere through which her purpose is to share love with strangers by leaving hidden notes of encouragement behind everywhere she goes.
That in itself is inspiring and is exactly what the world needs more of. But what is more inspiring is her journey.

Ashley was not surrounded by love growing up. In fact, she was raised in an environment that would make it difficult for anyone to understand love, to be open to receiving and giving love.
But this lack of love helped her find her true purpose in life. To share love with the everyone – perhaps in hopes of giving it to others that may be a difficult place in their life like she was.
Tune into to hear her self-discovery journey – which she was committed to. As she progressed through her life, she has shed the layers and relationships that no longer served her and is coming into her own in a beautiful way.
