It’s hard to imagine anything good coming out of heartbreak, right?
Ending a relationship is extremely difficult no matter who made the decision. There are so many emotions and stages that you experience. And as compassionate as loved ones can be, we may need a bit more support to get through it.
I can relate to this so well. My last breakup shook me to my very core. I knew it was the right decision, but it was still very difficult to go through. That heartbreak changed me and it took me years to get back out there.
My guest Amy Chan knows this all too well also. She too experienced a difficult heartbreak and it changed the course of her life. She made a courageous decision to move to a new city and a new job. And her experience opened up a new path that she didn’t know existed.
She noticed that others were having difficulty navigating heartbreak just like herself and that is when she realized that there was a need in the world and this was something she could create to help people.
In this episode, we take a deep dive in her journey through heartbreak to how she got the idea to create her business but also how she found the courage to take the leap of faith and go full-time with her business leaving behind a job that she loved!
So grab yourself a cup of organic tea and get comfy. Let’s learn a little about the psychology behind love but also how this amazing woman went from heartbreak to breakthrough creating a much needed business.
