In what way are you greeted and served when you walk into Louis Vuitton or Prada? How do you feel in the store itself?
If you’ve ever shopped in one, you will know it is an elevated experience. You are greeted and provided with personal attention as you browse the collections. Champagne may be offered, which of course sets the mood. The clothes, handbags, and shoes are all spaced out and perfectly placed allowing you peruse with ease.
You are attended to, offered suggestions, but also given space to look around. The air smells of luxury and you feel glamourous just being in there!
Now, let’s talk about the purchasing experience. Your items are wrapped in the most beautiful tissue paper, possibly put into a box with a satin ribbon and into that desirable designer bag that you will tote around proudly.
Now, these are just some of the things you will experience with a luxury brand, and every brand can be different. But now compare that with shopping at a department store. No judgements with these stores as they offer something different that is just as beneficial – but the experience is completely different!
