We all have trauma stored in our body that we need to heal. Some of which we may be aware of, some not.
Why is it so important to heal past trauma?
It’s important to carve out time in our busy lives to focus on our well-being because unresolved negative emotions, blocked energy and past trauma stored in our bodies can manifest into illness, but can also impact our perception of situations and what we attract into our lives.
As an entrepreneur, I have always felt that in order to be your best self in business, you need to do the inner work. You need to heal on many levels in order to navigate the fears, limiting blocks, fears, insecurities that come to surface when you are pushed outside of your comfort zone with your business.
So how do you start to heal? What types of practices can you follow to heal?
There are many out there, and you definitely need to try some out to see what works best for you. And today, I am excited to introduce you to another modality that may be the one to help you heal on a deeper level.
