I would have never thought that I would need to navigate limiting blocks I didn’t even know I had when starting a business.

Starting a business is such a wonderful experience and journey. It is challenging, exciting and creative. You get to dabble in so many areas which to me was a dream because I love doing many different things. (It keeps things interesting for me).

But when do you that, you step outside of your comfort zone and that can be scary. And because of that, fears, insecurities and other limiting blocks come to surface. Ones that you didn’t even know where there hiding just beneath the surface.

In a way, those limiting blocks coming to surface is a gift. It is an opportunity to learn more about yourself and heal the root causes of them.

Common limiting blocks that come to surface to many entrepreneurs are feelings of unworthiness, lack of confidence in oneself and ones abilities, and comparison syndrome. I’ve struggled with these myself as well and it has been a self-discovery journey learning the reasons why.

One thing to keep in mind is that we all experience this. We are all navigating limiting blocks and that means that you are not alone.
