Starting a business involves doing the work. Now, you may think I am referring to planning, strategies, implementing, launching and so on. But that’s not the only work you need to do.
In order to grow your business, you must invest in doing the inner work as well. When you grow, your business grows.
This is something I learned along the journey of starting my own business. It challenged me in ways I never imagined. It pushed me outside of comfort zone and brought to surface so many blocks I need to work through.
Now should I have stayed focused on the business side only, I would have been held back. As I started to do the inner work, I learned more about myself, I found my purpose. I started to peel back the layers to step more into myself and become a better version of me in my life and in my business.
Today, I am joined by the amazing Krista Williams and Lindsey Simcik, Founders of the Almost 30 Podcast, a chart-topping lifestyle podcast with over 20 million downloads that covers everything from modern spirituality to health and wellness, aliens to entrepreneurship, sex to self development.
They have had quite a journey leading up to finding each other and creating their podcast and business. And as they grew their business, they have connected with and learned from the most sought after industry experts in health, business, and spirituality – so imagine what they have also gleaned from their conversations that have helped them take their personal growth to the next level.
So grab yourself a cup of organic tea, get comfy with a pen and notebook and get ready to learn from 2 incredible women I admire so much! This is an episode not to miss!
