But it is not for the faint of heart. Often, when thinking of Real Estate, you envision showing and closing million dollar listings, dressed in beautiful pencil skirts and Louboutin heels working with endless pocket filled clients. I mean, that’s what is portrait in TV shows, no?
While, yes, this can “somewhat” be the case at times, it is in most cases not the norm.
Real Estate is a incredible industry and Realtors play such an important role and have and need so much knowledge in order to be able to support their clients well. But it is also highly competitive, fast paced and long hours.
Starting out in this industry can be a challenge, and it was for today’s guest. But she knew she had what it took and was willing to put in the work and build relationships, both with her clients but also with her colleagues.
Today I am joined by the lovely Anita Rozenblat, Founder of Rozenblat Realty Group.
Before her successful career in real estate, she started a multi-million dollar clothing line with only $5000 to invest. She appeared on The Shopping Channel for several years and traveled the globe displaying her clothing line in Nordstrom, TK Maxx, TJ Maxx, Winners Canada and private high end boutiques.
In 2010, Anita established Rozenblat Realty Group by Les Immeubles Anita Benabou (Rozenblat) Inc. which quickly became one of the fastest growing real estate firms in Montreal. She has sold millions of dollars in real estate and consistently generates attractive returns for property investors. Rozenblat Realty Group has sold over 50% of Million Dollar Properties in Cote Saint Luc & Hampstead in 2013 and continues to be one of the highest selling firms in the area.
Anita’s story is so unique and inspiring. She pivoted after 20 years of high success within the fashion industry and took a leap into Real Estate and learned first hand what it took to succeed in a new industry very quickly!
